Rigado BMD-300, BMD-301, and BMD-350 Bluetooth Low Energy v5 Modules are powerful, highly flexible, ultra-low power devices based on the nRF52832 SoC from Nordic Semiconductor. These Modules combine a Bluetooth 5 compliant 2.4GHz transceiver, 64MHz Arm Cortex M4F CPU, 512kB of flash memory, 64kB RAM options, and a suite of analog and digital peripherals into a miniaturized package.
