RICOH R3152N Series 42V Input Window Voltage Detectors are designed to prevent malfunction of the system caused by abnormal voltages. These devices are aimed at achieving the functional safety with high-accuracy detections. The R3152N voltage detectors monitor over-voltage and under-voltage of the output voltage from the power supply IC for a microprocessor and a sensor. These AEC-Q100 Grade 1 compliant window voltage detectors operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range with -1.25% to 0.75% detection accuracy range and 1.5% hysteresis.
