MEDER electronic (Standex) SMP Photo MOSFET Relays
Meder Electronic SMP Photo MOSFET Relays are solid-state relays featuring switching from 40V AC to 600V AC or peak DC. These photo MOSFET relays come in various packages like Small-Outline Package (SOP), Surface Mount Design (SMD), or Dual-In-line Package (DIP). The SMP photo MOSFET relays feature a low output capacitance and a low off-state leakage current. These MOSFET relays also feature fast switching, low noise, shock/vibration proof, extremely high input to output isolation, and control low-level analog signals to high-level loads. Applications include security and safety, test and measurement, consumer electronics, HVAC, industrial, medical, military in aerospace, telecommunications, and transportation.
